Description

For travelers who want to experience all of Arenal in a single day, this is our most complete adventure. From sunrise in the forest canopy to nightfall in thermal waters, you will visit La Fortuna's four great icons with a bilingual guide, all entrance fees, lunch, dinner and transport taken care of, so all you need to do is enjoy.

The morning begins at a hanging bridges park within a private reserve of about 250 hectares. You will walk among the crowns of giant trees draped in bromeliads and orchids, home to sloths, monkeys, toucans and colorful frogs. Next, you will descend the roughly 500 steps to La Fortuna Waterfall, a cascade of about 70 meters plunging into an emerald pool where a refreshing swim awaits.

After a traditional Costa Rican lunch and a rest, the mid-afternoon brings a guided hike of about an hour and a half to the main Arenal Volcano viewpoint. The trail crosses forest reborn over the 1968 lava and lets you step onto the 1992 flow, as late-day light paints the cone and the lake in warm tones.

The finale is pure indulgence: Eco Termales, one of the area's most intimate hot springs, with limited capacity, natural pools of varying temperatures and warm cascades surrounded by gardens. As night falls, dinner is served before your return to the hotel. Available as a group or private tour, this is Arenal at its fullest.
