Use of the website

Using the site’s content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited.
Booking requests
- Bookings made through the site are pre-bookings, meaning requests subject to availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation and the corresponding payment has been completed.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information: names, number of passengers, children’s ages, amount of luggage, flight numbers, pickup addresses and contact details.
Prices and taxes
- Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD).
- Costa Rica’s 13% Value Added Tax (IVA) is added to published rates and itemized in your booking summary.
- Prices may vary by season, availability and changes in third-party costs. The applicable rate is the one stated in your confirmation.
- Tips, meals, entrance fees and other expenses not specified as included are not part of the price.
Payments
Payments are made using the methods indicated in your confirmation, including credit and debit cards through secure payment platforms. Card payments may be subject to a processing fee, which is applied in the event of a refund according to our cancellation policy.
Changes and cancellations
- Requests to change a date, time or service are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.
- Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy, published on this site.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel a service for reasons of safety, weather or force majeure, in which case we will offer an alternative or the corresponding refund.
Liability
Costa Rica Luxe Adventures exercises the utmost care in delivering its services and selecting its suppliers. Some services, such as flights, tours and entrance tickets, may be operated by third parties under their own conditions. We are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, decisions by authorities or third-party failures. Customers must follow the safety instructions of drivers and guides, and travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Privacy
The personal data you provide is used solely to manage your bookings, communicate with you and improve our services. We share it only with the suppliers needed to deliver the service you booked, and we never sell it to third parties. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
